NA ZIMNYM DYSKU

Dopiero później. Fale napinają grzbiety. Wiatr drąży
wąwóz. Wąski na przejściach. Piach leży zalany. Czy pamięta, z czego
się otrząsnął? Albo jak zimno przylegał? Na rozwidleniu
zmierzchu z nocą. Rzucam celnie cienie. Co nimi osłaniam? Oszraniam?
Jak wypełniam żrącą gęstwiną włóknistą tchawicę? Jesień
ściera się chyłkiem. Chropowatość czuję w grudach. Czy mocno zagłębiam
w nich dłonie? Gwiazdy kurczą się w ramionach. Bo
wkładają palce w płytki rów. Wirusy wirują. Ale. Czy pod mlecznym
szkłem? Przysuwam okno. Do tych w wieczornym sektorze.
Gdy limitowany jest dostęp do światła. Przylegamy wilgotnymi miejscami
do obcych ciał. Potem tulę się do nocnej ściany. Odstawiam sól
i aspirynę. Czy jestem ocalony? Albo dokądś wieziony? W pełnym błysku.
Przychodzi okres bogów. Krwawią. Nas przemywają nieprzepraną
trawą. Płyny są puszkowane? Przełykane? Czy rozpływane? W wartkich wodach.
Łowcy wywieszają wontony z wątłych lin. W słońcu. Robią to do góry dnem.

IN COLD STORAGE

Only later. The waves tighten the crests. The wind drills down
the ravines. Narrow in the passages. The sand lies flooded. Does it remember what
it shook off? Or how the cold clung? On the crossroads
of dusk and night. I cast a shadow accurately. What do I cover with it? Frost with it?
How do I fill in the caustic depths with the stringy windpipe? Autumn
wipes itself stealthily. I feel coarseness in the frozen ground. Do I embed
my hands in them deeply? Stars contract in my arms. Because
they’re putting their fingers into shallow ditches. Viruses spin. But. Is it under the
milky glass? I move the window. To those in the evening sector.
Where there is limited access to light. Our damp places stick
to other bodies. Then I hug into the night wall. I cut out the salt
and aspirin. Am I saved? Or taken somewhere? In the full glare.
The period of the gods is coming. They’re bleeding. The unwashed grass washes us.
The liquids are tinned. Swallowed? Or dissolved? In the fast-flowing waters.
The hunters hang wontons from flimsy lines. In the sun. They do it upside down.
